Perhaps we don’t always pay enough attention to it, but I guess we all know a good nights rest is important. That made me wonder, where do dolls sleep?
Noa and Toulouse slept in a drawer (er… were stored in a drawer). Mostly because I don’t like having nekkid dolls around. Now that both have poorly sewn t-shirts and Noa even has a pair of undies I feel it’s kind a stupid to put them in a drawer.
So I put Noa in a cupboard with glass doors. The Quluts Unoa stands very well on her own, but again it felt a bit silly having her standing in a cupboard all night. Which reminded me of a hammock I made.
Sleeping in hammock alone isn’t that warm, so I fugured I’d make a sleeping bag. Now she ‘sleeps’ in a sleeping bag which can double as a transport case.
I wonder how other people do this. Do you store the dolls in their original packaging? A drawer? Cupboard? Or put them on display? I would never have thought to put so much thought into a doll (or even owning one for that matter)
